I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, and the location was good as it made everything easy to access. However, the room felt a bit humid due to the air conditioning not working well, and there were some cleanliness issues in the dining area. Overall, there were great amenities but some aspects could use improvement.
